Treasurer’s Report
- Received $1,000 grant check from
Kodak.
- Total $10,675
Grant Report
- Phase I- Nothing is progressing
due to waiting for $160,000 reimbursement

(“Open Spaces”) from State of Ohio
- Bridge- Issues getting a building
permit because of water discharge
- Hydrology study has been
ordered. Information will help design pylons to allow for building to
proceed.
- Middle to end November until
a possible permit.
- McCleery Bridge- 1864,
therefore oldest bridge.
- Some Structures need to be
fixed
Other Information….
- Lockwood Engineers to help design
Phase II. (Spring 2005)
- Will be designing the
complexities (Main Street and Cenci Park)
- Phase III Clean Ohio Grant is
pending reply
- Transportation enhancement grant
was denied due to the trail not connecting existing areas together
- The Ivy Lounge sold…owner willing
to give an easement
- Transportation Enhancement grant
for Cherry Street due February
- Possible crossings for over Fair
Avenue from Ewing side
- Ask for land = $5,000. City will
pay tax
- FHTA approved $5000 for purchase
of land for trail opposite Thomas Ewing School.
- Next Year is the last year for
Clean Ohio Grant
- Trying to work connection with
Inter Urban Trail and make connection and discussed link of interurban
between Lancaster and Columbus.
Amanda Trail
We are
working closely with Midwest Fabricating and the City of Amanda for proper
easements necessary to file for grants for trail.
