Approval of the April minutes was moved by Ed Pool, seconded by Don Claffey and approved.
Treasurer's Report – We have a balance of $9,650, $940 since December for the bridge relocation. Acceptance of the treasurer’s report was moved by Rick Holt, seconded by Ed Pool. The report was accepted.
Grant Report – Jeff Vandervoort said the city has submitted an application for Phase III. He went to the City Planning Commission and was the only non-city person there. The only question was about crime. There are still issues with the covered bridge in the flood plain. The plans for the bridge may need revision at an additional expense. In some areas fill is missing and the path is crumbling. Rick and Jeff will talk to people on Franklin Avenue. Fences may need to be installed by the basketball court.
PR Report – Rick Holt reported that Bob Williams is to post the newsletter.

We are waiting for money from the state. Last month we walked Phase II. This will take the train into Mary Burnham Park. The City has received money for the Baldwin Run Restoration project but it may not be restored next to Kroger due to a problem with parking spaces. As the Main Street bridge is being replaced, the trail may go underneath it.
